Hope in the midst of miscarriage

Hope in the midst of miscarriage

Since we lost our first baby, I have had countless friends experience pregnancy loss.

It's always difficult knowing how to respond- because each individual is so unique and different in the way we process, mourn and move on. But if I could pick just one thing to remind each of us of, it would be that you are absolutely a mama to your precious angel babes and that

because of Christ, the story is not over.

In memory of our Elijah Gabriel and all of the little ones we as mothers long to hold close but won't meet until Heaven greets us and death is no more.

For you formed my inward parts;
    you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
    my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
    intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
    the days that were formed for me,
    when as yet there was none of them.

Psalm 139: 13-16
